As a psychotherapist, I believe every person has the capacity for change and growth. I am a strengths-based therapist, grounded in the belief that you already have everything you need within you. My role is to help you uncover, strengthen, and trust those inner resources, so that you are able to reconnect with your inner strength, align with what matters most to you, and build a life that is steady, meaningful, and hopeful.

Hello, I’m Jeff Watson, a husband, son, and proud father to two teenage boys who are growing into remarkable young men. My life has taken me down some fascinating roads, where I’ve had the privilege of meeting and working with people from all walks of life.
I hold a Masters of Divinity in clinical counselling and a diploma in Child and Youth Work/counselling. For 15 years, I have dedicated my career to counselling youth and their families in schools, clinical settings, and community environments, and I now spend my time counselling individuals, teens, families and couples. My life, and working experience have shown me that life can sometimes become complicated when we least expect it, leaving us feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward. Often, the first step to turning things around is realizing you are not alone. When someone is listened to, cared for, and encouraged in a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment, life-changing discoveries can be made.
Building on your strengths, exploring your thought patterns, and uncovering solutions that align with your goals and values is what therapy means to me. As a strengths-based therapist, I believe every person already carries pieces of the solution within them.
I would be honoured to be a resource for you on your journey toward healing, growth, and meaningful transformation.

I also offer family counselling and specialized Teen and Millennial counselling for those navigating anxiety and relationship challenges. RATE: $185 Per hour

Foundational to my practice, I believe clients should first focus on their Life Force, which Psychiatrist Phillip Stutz describes as the energy driving personal growth, healing, connection, and resilience, nurtured through three core relationships.
Your relationship with your body supports emotional well-being through restful sleep, balanced nutrition, and movement. I collaborate with medical professionals when mental health has biological roots, particularly in cases of anxiety.
Your relationships with others are crucial; fostering meaningful connections with friends, family, or through couples counselling and family counselling helps ease isolation. Exploring healthy, reciprocal relationships and navigating challenges like toxic environments is essential.
Your relationship with your Self involves cultivating self-compassion, mindfulness, and resilience through reflection and creativity. This process empowers you to set boundaries and face life’s challenges with clarity, which is particularly important in individual counselling and for teenagers and millennials who may be struggling.
